It seems as though everything is virtual these days. Many services that appeared impossible to do other than in person can now be conducted virtually due to technology—and Interior Design is no exception. Evelyn Salvador applies her expertise in organization, color, layout, and design to creatively apply Interior Design and Decorating talents to transform your home or office space—virtually.

STEP 1: PROVIDE FURNITURE & ROOM PHOTOS

Provide clear, close-up photos of your furniture and any large items you want to include in your room as well as room shots from various angles. Since your photos will be used in her design plans, direct, head-on shots (like in the photos at right) work best. Alternatively, if you plan to purchase furniture, provide links or ideas of what you are looking for so we can come as close as possible to what you like in your design.

STEP 2: PROVIDE LAYOUT DIMENSIONS

Draw a simple sketch of your room layout with dimensions, doors, windows, and walk path (areas which must remain clear). Be sure to include distances between doors, windows, and walls.

STEP 3: TELL US YOUR THEME SELECTION

Whether it’s Contemporary, Shabby Chic, French Provincial, Tropical, Animal Print, or other, provide your theme selection. If you have an idea of what colors you would like to use, let us know. Evelyn will work with the colors for your theme and provide a number of variations from which you can select your favorite design for your home or office.

RESULT: YOUR INTERIOR DESIGN PROOFS

Evelyn will provide you with several Interior Design variations using different layouts, elements, and color schemes. When you make the selections you would like to see included in your final design, she will provide renderings depicting how each side of your room will look as well as schematic to-scale layouts.

Evelyn Salvador’s affordable Interior Design and Decorating rates will allow you to make your dreams a reality without having to pay a large expense for an interior designer who comes to your home. Because everything to do with your Interior Design is conducted virtually, which translates to savings for you.

Interior Design pricing ranges from only $250 to $750 per room depending primarily upon what you give us to work with and how much research and work we must conduct on your behalf.

Here’s how to keep your cost low:

•Provide clear, accurate direct photos of your furniture so we can silo them from its background. Use your smart phone or at least a 6 megapixel camera. If you use standard film, scan in your photos at 300 DPI and email them digitally.
•Provide links to or pictures of room designs, furniture, and/or other types of design elements (such as art or wall hangings) you like so we can include them in your layouts.
•Tell us the type of the mood you would like to evoke for your room design (such as those mentioned in the examples above) and any color preferences you might have, and we’ll take it from there!
